Kindly fill out this form to secure a space for your child at the holiday club. All holiday club sessions must be prebooked and we cannot accomodate children if their space has not been pre booked.
The deadline for reserving a spot at the holiday club is 15:00 on the day before the desired date. For instance, the cutoff time for March25th would be 15:00 on March 24th.
By submitting this form, you are reserving a spot in the holiday club, and charges will apply regardless of your child's attendance on the scheduled day.
Please ensure that you complete a separate form for each child attending the holiday club. Thank you for choosing our holiday club!
